Inscriptions/Signature

The papercut depicts a Beijing Opera character identified as Han Chang, with a dark blue midface, white chin and forehead and dark brown details with a red circle on the forehead. He is wearing a conical red hat with light green edges and a light blue underside. Two feathers in grey and brown decorate the top. There are two locks of brown hair. He wears light blue hoop earrings and a large red collar with light green, yellow, and dark blue details. There is a band of decorated circles, possibly a necklace, in dark pink with light blue or green, dark blue and yellow details alternate with yellow with dark blue or light green, dark pink and light blue details.
