The papercut depicts a Beijing Opera character identified as Qin Shihuang, with a yelllow face with a large red circle on the forehead and black and white details on the face. The elaborate headdress has a red band at the front with light blue, light green, dark purple and black details. There is a dark blue band behind with bright pink flowers and green vines. There are bright pink with green details at the top of the head. There are stylized pheasant feathers in yellow with dark pink and light green details and a black fin-like decoration on the sides of either eye and black sideburns. There is a cluster of light blue green with black detail and red and dark pink flowers.
