The male skeleton sits atop a horse skeleton on a rectangular base with wheels. The horse and rider move as the wheels move. The rider is wearing a light purple hat with a yellow band and a green sash with red and blue detail over a shoulder. He is holding an unidentified object in his left hand. The horse appears to have a black crescent on his head with a red drop shape on either side. He also has a red tail. The horse is articulated at the shoulders and hips. A black stick attaches from the front wheel axle to the horse's front feet. The wheels are red with dark blue rims and spokes.
