The standing skeleton with cotton hair has his right hand raised with a small scalpel over a supine figure with a tan body and a skeletal head and cotton hair. The supine figure is on a white table with green legs, and the torso has a large red hole. There is a gold colored IV stand and bottle at the foot end of the table.
