Description

The large red tissue paper banner has a cut out scene of a large skeleton in the center bottom holding a cluster of balloons, each with a face or a flower. There is one smaller skeleton behind it and three smaller skeletons in front, as if they are children asking for a balloon. It is currently on black matboard behind flexible plastic.
