The bottle has a globular body and a flattened back, a straight neck, and a loop on either side of the neck. String and white silk ribbon are strung through the loops. It has a white field. The front of the body is decorated with a cluster of three stylized feathers with black dots and a thick black outline. The rectangular outline above the feathers has a thick outline with two leaf-like shapes, also with thick outlines and filled with small dots. There are two triangular outlines from the top of the rectangle curve downward, following the circular outline.
