The gourd has the top portion removed. The bowl is decorated with yarn and there is a handle of twisted yarn decorated with pompoms.
The bowl has a bright pink field. The bottom center is a roundel with dark pink, light pink and black and white on the outside. The sides have two bird designs in blue and black with white heads and red legs, outlined in orange and yellow and two six-pointed stars or flowers in light blue, medium blue and dark blue with red lines and outlined in orange and yellow.
It has a medium blue, purple, yellow and orange rim.
The handle is twisted bright pink yarn with one white pompom on each end and three pompoms in three shades of green.
