The rectangular cloth panel has an appliqued bird design. It has a faded black field. Two birds face each other with their wings raised to the back. Each bird is faded black with feather detail in red, dark blue, light green, light purple, orange, and light blue. There is an oval at the bottom between the birds with a smaller red bird with vertical yellow stripes enclosed within. The spaces between birds are filled with clusters of stripes in one color, either dark blue, orange, yellow, red, pink, green, red, or medium blue.

It is currently in a thin black frame with a thin red line at the interior edge.
