The mask is carved to resemble a green human face. There are cutouts for the wearer's eyes, but white and black eyes are painted below. There are black swirls at the cheeks and along the top to indicate a hairstyle. It has a straight ridge for the nose and a cutout for the mouth. It has dark brown horse hair tufts for the eyebrows and longer tufts for the mustache and beard.
