Inscriptions/Signature

The old woman (2007.6973.a) has a clay head and a wire body. She has white hair in a bun and copper colored wire glasses. She is wearing a long-sleeved red dress with yellow flowers and brown leaves. There is black lace detail at the neck, cuffs, and along the front. She has a white and yellow lace shawl. She has white pipe cleaner hands and black clay shoes.

Her rocking chair (2007.6973.b) has a flat seat but the back and arms are made from bent sticks. They are light brown.
