Description
Inscriptions/Signature

The ceramic figure has a bowl on the back side. It is a human figure from the chest up with a very elaborate headdress. The arms are bent and raised. The headdress has a large jaguar head immediately over the wearer's head, so the human face emerges from the cat face. A bird head sits atop the jaguar head and there is a white plaque on top of the beak. A ruff of stylized feathers fans out behind the headdress in red and black. The figure is wearing a large pair of black ear frontals and a large, chunky white necklace.

The object, including the bowl and handle on the back, is mostly red.
