Sailboats in a landscape. There is a sailboat with a rectangular sail at bottom center. There are more sailboats left and right of center, along the horizon line halfway down from the top of the page. There is a white-capped blue mountain in the top right quadrant. There is a fan in the top left corner that is red on top, white in the middle, and blue on the bottom. There is black text below it and two red square seals. The water is light blue and the sky is white except for a thin band of light brown at the top.
