The conical awl case has two beaded round fringes and a beaded flap with a single round fringe. The beaded decoration is mostly light blue. There are bands of yellow flanked with dark blue and bands of green flanked with red. The flap is outlined with dark blue. The fringes each have a tin cone at the end. There is a buckskin loop at the top.
