Inscriptions/Signature

This is a group of 11 tassels tied together with a piece of twine. Each tassel is made of two to four strips of leather wrapped in red quills and joined by a single strip of buckskin. Each strip of leather has a tin cone at the free end and a tassel of red horse hair.
