The handle is wrapped with quill wrapped cotton strips. The buckskin fringes are wrapped with quills (pink, yellow, blue, and green bands) and have a tin cone 2/3 of the distance down the strip and another at the bottom. There is a buckskin flap with three quill-wrapped fringes that attaches at the end. There are two green glass beads on the buckskin loop of the handle.
