The rectangular pillow cover (2007.3166.a) is stuffed with a pillow (2007.3166.b). The pillow cover is made with an undecorated tan back and a metal zipper at one end. The front is fully embroidered, covering the base cloth.

There are two bands of yellow and red trapezoids dividing the front into three long panels, each with the same designs, but offset. Each panel is a row of block "C" shapes in orange with purple and dark yellow detail, dark blue with light blue and red detail or black with dark blue and red detail. The negative space within the "C" is filled with green and yellow red detail. The overall effect of these three rows is a checkerboard in orange with green and blue with green.

There is one light blue bead in a band of trapezoids.
