The dark blue blouse has short sleeves and a square neckline. It is dark blue with an allover embroidered pattern. There are horizontal stripes of "X's" with circles at each leg, smal clogs, circles made of six wedges, and six triangles arranged in a composite geometric shape. The shapes are done in red, white, yellow and green. It has a solid dark blue waist band. There are seven small metal snaps on the proper left side and three dark grey pearlescent plastic buttons at the back of the neck.
