The small metal whistle has a tube-like mouthpiece and a round body with a spur-like spinning aparatus. There is a hole at the end of the tube and where the tube attaches to the round portion. The spinner attaches above the hole so it will move when air moves through the whistle. The tube is silver colored. The round portion is gold colored and the spinner is green.
