The ceramic whistle is made in the shape of a four legged animal, possibly a dog, with a basket in its mouth. The dog is mostly pink with a green, yellow, and dark pink stripe across the mouth. It has long floppy ears and stands on a green rectangular base. The object between the legs is probably the mouthpiece.
