The wooden toy has two parts. 2007.6386.a has two long rectangles of wood separated by a small spacer. The hole in the end of each piece lines up together. One side is red with two playing card-like images. The top image has a 4 in the upper facing left corner, and a man wearing a black jacket with tails and grey trousers. The text below reads "EL CATRIN." The lower card has 32 in the upper facing left corner and a man with a blue jacket and plaid pants, holding a guitar in his proper right hand. The text below reads "EL MUSICO." The back is undecorated.

There is a small wooden star-like shape with a hole in the center with seven points (2007.6386.b). It is a light natural wood color.
