The long narrow strip of otter skin with fur is worn draped around the neck. There is a buckskin tie on either side to secure it. The back of the necklace is covered in yellow pigment. About 1/4 of the distance from either end, there are beaded panels around the otter skin. The beading is mostly medium blue, with white zigzags and triangles, and triangles of metal beads. There is a small buckskin bundle on the superior edge of each beaded panel that holds two red seed-like objects. Buckskin fringe hangs from both edges of the beading. The otter skin that hangs below the beading is twisted.
