Standing figure with arms at sides.

Light blue head with white feathers on top and sides. Blue stripe across top and down sides of face. Black rectangles for eyes. Short red tube mouth. Black stripe with white dashes along bottom of face. Yellow shoulders and upper torso. Rest of torso is red with yellow dashes. Blue painted necklace. Blue armbands across red upper arms. Forearms are yellow. Blue dashes across right wrist and black band across left wrist. Hands are white. White skirt with black, green, red and white geometric patterns. White sash on right side of body with red vertical stripes. Wooden yellow animal tail attached at waist. Yellow legs. Light blue moccasins with red triangle on the top of each.
