Description

The teardrop shaped cradleboard has a doll inside. The narrow portion is the bottom, leaving the wider round portions above the doll's head to be decorated. The wood was covered with cloth, and the doll wrapping portion is made of cloth. The portion around the doll's head is red with lane stitched beading in medium blue with yellow detail. The bottom of the red panel has a band of green, dark blue and yellow, with light blue beaded fringes below, each with a small white shell. There is one large shell disc.

The doll's head is cloth and does not appear to have any features. The rounded portion above the doll's head has a dark blue wool field, beaded with a yellow and brown flower in the center with a white and brown flower to either side with light blue stems. There are yellow stems between with leaves in brown, green and dark yellow.

There is a dark green cloth loop attached to a strap on the back of the cradleboard.
