The fan of eagle feathers has a wooden handle. The eagle feathers are tipped with feathers dyed yellow or red, and the junction is covered with a tuft of white fur. There is a tuft of white down where the eagle feathers come together in the handle, and a thick band of green beading. There is a wooden handle, painted yellow, with a band of red at the top and a band of red and black at the bottom.
