The red ceramic bowl has a wide band of black decoration that occupies the top 2/3 of the exterior. There are two different blocks of decoration, alternationg between a right triangle of diagonal parallel black lines with three black triangles at the bottom edge. There is a fourth black triangle opposite the middle small triangle. The second deisgn is a black rectangle with four red rounded triangle shapes with small black tick marks near the bottom.
