The shallow bowl shape has a wide rim and rounded bottom. It is decorated on the outside. The hemispherical portion is decorated with a bird with a black head and red breast with a field colored "L" shape. The wings are black with a black triangular points. The lower portion of the body is black with two field colored shapes and two rectangles at the bottom that may be feathers. There is a thick black band at the edge of the hemisphere with four thin bands. The edge of the rim is decorated with a black key-like pattern.

There is a string hanging loop at the top.
