The wooden rectangle is decorated with a formline image of a hawk on a brown field. It has two light blue ovoids with eye shapes inside, at a slight angle with red arches above, like an eyebrow, and two thin red arches below resulting in a thin beak shape. The remainder of the design consists of thick black formlines.

The short ends of the rectangle are wavy with a black border. The long edges are straight and not painted. It has a brown field.
