The rectangle of brown wool has a slit in the center for the head. It is made from two strips, the seam extending from either side of the slit at the center. It is brown with narrow orange and yellow stripes at the center of each panel and the edge of each panel. There is a separate brown woven strip for the edging.

These were typically worn by rich landlords.
