The pouch (2007.1998.01) is made from an animal bladder, shaped like an oval with pointed ends, with buckskin on the ends. There is a long slit on top with pink buckskin fringe. The quill decoration on the buckskin is the same on each end: a red triangle, with a band of pink and purple around it, a yellow band at the wider end, and the end band has stripes of dark blue, red, white and purple.
