The horn spoon has a large oval bowl and a short handle. The handle is wrapped with sinew and then beads in an erratic design, including white, dark blue, green and red. There are two rawhide strips (possibly wrapped with quills at one time), each with a metal cone at the end and a rawhide loop, once wrapped with quills.

The bowl is mostly light colored, but the handle is dark brown.
