The small buckskin bag has a round bottom pocket hanging from a beaded cylindrical column with two flat buckskin circles. The beaded column has bands of red, white, black, and medium blue.

On the front side, all three circles have a lane stitched border of diagonal black and white stripes. The edge is a single line each, of red, white, and blue beads. The small circles are undecorated in the center. The pocket circle has a four petal flower with two red and two light blue petals and a yellow center. The middle circle has beaded fringe in white, red, and medium blue. The top circle only has one fringe of red, white, and medium blue remaining at the top center, but threads indicate there used to be more.

On the back side, the top circle has a lane stitched border of black and white, the middle circle has a lane stitched border in medium blue and red, and the bottom has a lane stitched border in red, white, and medium blue. The center of each circle is left undecorated and the edge stitching described above is visible from both sides.
