Description

The glass lantern slide is an outdoor scene showing the timber framework of two domed enclosures, identified as Midewiwin lodges. There is a man in blue overalls standing next to the lodge on the facing left. In the background are several small wooden buildings.

Midewiwin lodges refer to the Grand Medicine lodges of the Anishinaabe.
