The blouse is made from black cotton cloth with an allover pattern. It has light blue ovoid shapes with pink flower inside. Bands of small pink flowers with light blue detail and green leaves surround each ovoid. There is a border of white dots around the outer band of flowers. Small pink flowers and light blue flowers with vine-like green stems fill the space around each shape with a white outline.

The blouse is slightly ruffled at the cuff. It has three rows of undecorated round nickel silver brooches across the upper chest. The top row has two small brooches on each side, the second row has two larger brooches on each side and the third row has three larger brooches on each side. There is one large nickle silver brooch in the center. A band of heart shapes line the edge and each have three holes. There are black plastic buttons on the placket below.
