Photograph of a group of children outside of two white wooden buildings, identified as School #9 at Pine Ridge. In the back center is a woman in a white hat, identified as Evaline Dryer Green. In the front row are three children with light skin, identified as the Green children. The rest of the children in the picture are identified as schoolchildren of School #9 at Pine Ridge. Most of the girls are wearing long cotton dresses and light colored aprons and have their hair pulled back. Most of the boys are wearing dark colored jackets and trousers and are wearing hats in varying shapes and colors.
