Description

The short buckskin knife sheath has two long fringes at the point. The fringes are cloth wrapped in red quills with metal cones and tufts of red horse hair. The beaded decoration is lane stitched. There is a dark blue line around the edge and a yellow field. There is a long skinny triangle-like shape in the center with dark blue triangles on either side. There are dark blue and green chevrons above the triangle. The loop of light green beads at the top has been broken. The back is undecorated.
