Photograph of two young girls in front of a painted backdrop of drapery. The girl on the facing left is seated and wears a dark wool dress with dentalium shell decoration around the yoke and collar, several strands of beaded necklaces, and beaded moccasins and leggings. The girl on the facing right is standing and wears a dark wool dress decorated with elk tooth beads along the yoke and sleeves. At the bottom of the dress there are several light colored bands, and she wears beaded moccasins and leggings. Both girls have long dark hair parted in the center and worn in braids on either side.
