The thumb piano has a light natural colored soundbox. The bottom of the box has a semi-circular cutout. The metal keys are divided in the middle, so there are two sets of five keys, mostly arranged by size. The soundbox is decorated with burned lines in an erratic design. There is a small intentional hole in the back of the sound box.
