This is a belt buckle (2007.0202.01) with a belt loop (2007.0202.02). Both are mostly silver colored metal in the shape of two snakes, each with a head at both ends. The buckle is wider to accomodate the center mechanism. The detail on all of the snakes appears the same: scales over the body, two empty circles for eyes, circles and a "U" shaped line over and between the eyes gives the impression of a nose and eyebrows with a triangle on top of the head. The triangles on the buckle are gold colored and the triangles on the belt loop are the same color as the rest of the loop. The belt loop has writing on the back side.
