Description

The rectangle is made of dark blue cloth created from three strips. The center strip has three rings of three light blue flowers with leaves and white detail. The outer strips have two rings of three light blue flowers with leaves and white detail. The flowers are similar, but not the same.

The design was made by tsutsugaki, a rice-paste resist technique.
