The helmet style mask depicts a human head with a chicken-like bird on top. The mask face has relatively large diamond shaped eyes, with small holes in the center. The nose is small and close to the lips, which were once colored red. There is no discernible chin. The hair style is indicated by being raised and colored black. There are two dark green horn-like elements that stick up behind the chicken. The bird is sitting on a scalloped detail that is white and blue. The bird's body is black, his head and comb are red.
