The crest style mask depicts a human head. The hair is horizontal ridges with a single vertical ridge. The eyes are diamond shaped with the lids indicated. The forehead is scarred with three vertical black lines in the center and a set of four vertical black lines on either side. The cheeks are scarred with three horizontal black lines, but the left cheek has an additional line curving from the nose to the ear. There is one vertical line in the center of the chin. There is a set of three horizontal lines, without paint, on either side of the neck. The round base probably sits atop the wearer's head.
