Description

The rectangular buckskin bag has a drawstring closure and buckskin fringe on the bottom edge. It has dark blue and white beaded balls on the end of the drawstrings. There is a dark blue and white beaded edge around the opening.

The beaded decoration on side one consists of a border of red and light blue triangles. A diamond (made of squares) decorates the center, in yellow, dark blue, red/white, green and white. There are three red leaf-like shapes above and below and three dark blue leaf-like shapes on the lateral points. "19" and "18" flank the top of the design.

The beaded decoration on side two consists of a border on the sides in a white sawtooth design with red and dark blue triangles. The bottom border is a yellow sawtooth design with red and dark blue triangles. The center design is a white cross, with diamonds at the ends, outlined in red. The spaces between the arms each have an identical diamond (made of squares) in yellow, red, white and green.
