The mask depicts a human head with a snake wrapped around the top. The face is light brown. The forehead is large and the features are compressed. The eyes are cutout, and have a white rim, and the lips appear to have once been white. The pointed chin has a black beard. The mask appears to have a bottle-like hairstyle, in black. There is a light brown snake, with black diamonds on the back with white outlines, circled around the head of the mask, the head resting above the tail at the back of the mask. There are two black turtles, one on each side of the forehead, facing each other.
