The helmet style mask depicts a human head. The face is red with large black eyes, each with a small hole in the center. The nose is small and flat. There are three horiztonal scars on the forehead, and three on each cheek, but with three short vertical strips on the cheeks as well. The black hair is in multiple braids to a single knot at the nape of the neck.
