The kneeling female figure has a large blade-like prominence resembling a double axe blade on her head, identifying this as Shango or a devotee of Shango. She has three vertical scars on her forehead and each cheek. Her hands are resting on her breasts. She is kneeling atop a round base which is on a short, columnar staff (or handle) with a conical base. The figure is light brown.
