The walrus tusk is decorated with a seascape with three ships and two hunters in the foreground, a three masted ship, a barrel with two flags, a windmill and an American flag near the point. There are triangles at the proximal end. It is shaded with red, blue and black.

The tusk has been filled with a piece of wood.
