Description

The globular ceramic vessel has a narrow neck and flared lip. A short spout emerges from the shoulder of the vessel and there is a rounded handle opposite the spout. The space between the handle and spout is decorated with three horizontal lines made of short vertical tick marks. The orange-brown clay appears to have been burnished.

It was used for washing before meals.
