Description

This is a men's crocheted, fitted brimless off-white cap. It has tightly crocheted stitches with subtle diamond patterns near the rim. There are two bands of cloth that line the interior.

This may be worn alone or under a turban.

It would be "tegia" in the Sudanese dialect.
