The dark blue vest has beaded decoration. Each side of the chest is beaded with a botanical looking design in light blue with another in orange (each with contrast detail), outlined with white and connected with a white stem. The back has a dark blue cow's head-like design with red detail in the center, two yellow leaf-like designs with light blue detail in the upper corners, and two light blue leaf-like designs with red detail in the lower corners. The white outlines for all the elements and the white stems connect each in an "X" pattern, the cow's head is in the center.

The vest is lined with red satin. The opening and arm holes are edged with red satin ribbon. The bottom is edged with faded dark blue satin ribbon.
