The buckskin knife sheath has buckskin fringe along the bottom edge and a buckskin loop on the top. It has lane stitched beaded decoration. There is a small strip of undecorated buckskin outside of the beaded field. Red beads decorate the edge. The beaded field is medium blue, with a white band around it. The white band has chevrons in red, green and dark blue that are separated by dark blue squares. The medium blue center has clusters of rainbow-like chevrons in red, yellow and dark blue with pink squares inside and separated by pink crosses. There are dark blue squares at the corners of the crosses with pink centers.
